2. The practical operation points of uf membrane module in juice production.

a. Sterilize quickly after sealing, and then quickly refrigerate to below 40°C.
b. Heat the juice, bottle it and seal it quickly under the standard that the juice temperature is not lower than 80℃.
c. Soft fruits with high quality indicators should be used as raw materials for juice production to remove mellow moldy and immature fruits.
d. The prepared juice is filtered and separated by a centrifugal filter to remove the remaining exocarp and seeds, some fibers, broken fruit pieces and residues.
e. The filtered liquid is homogenized by the homogenizer, which can further crush the fine fruits and keep the juice uniform and turbid. The working pressure of the homogenizer is 10-12Mpa.
f. Dilute the coarsely filtered juice to a refractive index of 4%. Then it is prepared according to the ratio of 90Kg fruit juice and 10Kg white sugar, and stirring is continued to melt the sugar completely.
g. The cleaning of raw materials before juicing is a key countermeasure to reduce environmental pollution. Pay more attention when juicing with skin. Therefore, the fine sand and residue on the exocarp must be washed with running water. If necessary, rinse with an aqueous solution of potassium permanganate, and then percolate with cold water.

h. Use a grinder to grind and peel, and squeeze the juice with a cloth bag, and the juice yield can reach more than 70%. Or copy the cleaned fruit to the dehydration equipment to squeeze the juice, and then filter out the outer peel, fruit seeds and part of the dietary fiber through the scraper filter device.
