(1) Kill common bacteria and algae in the water.
Throughout the filtration process, the concentration of polymers and substances will adhere to the membrane surface. Under a certain nutrient natural environment, this kind of intercepting microbial strains will continue to develop and multiply, causing the membrane pores to be blocked. Reducing agents such as calcium hydroxide and active oxygen must be added to the raw water for sterilization. (2) Remove colloidal solutions and suspended solid chemical substances.

(3) Remove soluble organic compounds in water.
Soluble organic compounds commonly found in water can easily damage hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane and block the membrane pores. Air oxidation method and activated carbon adsorption method can be effectively removed. Air oxidation with chlorine or potassium hypochlorite, filtration with activated carbon can also remove soluble organic compounds in water.
