Therefore, it is necessary to promptly sterilize the internal environment and the filter device. The actual sterilization operation cycle is determined by the water body condition that provides the source water. For ordinary drinking water in big cities, it is 7-10 days in summer and 30~ in winter. 40 days, 20-30 days in spring and autumn. When groundwater is used as a water supply resource, the sterilization cycle is shorter. The bactericide can use 500~100mg/L sodium hypochlorite solution or 1% peroxygen aqueous solution to circulate the system or soak for about 30 minutes.

Since each uf membrane module must be added with repair fluid before leaving the factory, the repair fluid in the components must be thoroughly cleaned before use, first rinse with low-voltage (0.1MPa) water supply and drainage for 1 hour, and then use high-voltage ( 0.2MPa) Flush the water supply and drainage for 1 hour. Whether it is low voltage or high voltage, the drain valve of the system software must be opened. When using water production, check to make sure that there is no fungicide in the commercial water.

(3). The hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane should be handled with care and attention to maintenance. Because hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is a high-precision device, you must be careful when using and installing. Do not stop using the parts, and rinse with cold water first. , And then add 0.5% formaldehyde aqueous solution for disinfection and sterilization, and has a good sealing performance. If winter parts need to be protected against cold, otherwise the parts are likely to be damaged.

2. Standards for the use of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane.

Purpose: Cross-flow filtration or full-volume filtration, reverse flushing, fast flushing.
Recoil working pressure: <0.1 MPa.
The total flow of recoil: 200L/m2/hr.
Backwash frequency: 15 to 60 minutes with the change of the seepage water body.
Recoil time: 30-60sec.
Organic chemical washing: depends on the membrane material and the environmental pollution of the membrane.
Disinfectant: NaClO rinse once a week, once a month.
