2. Precautions for the application of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane

①. Stainless steel water filter should be disinfected in time.
Uf membrane module can retain bacteria, but cannot kill bacteria. No matter how good the interception rate is, it cannot be guaranteed that no bacteria will be produced in the clean area for a long time. It is very likely that many bacteria will multiply and directly endanger the water body. For example, in some purified aquatic products, transparent flocculent milky white floccules often appear in Aspergillus flavus clusters, which are mainly caused by environmental pollution of the system by Aspergillus flavus. Therefore, it is necessary to timely sterilize the natural environment of capital turnover and stainless steel water filter in time. The use cycle of sterilization depends on the water body condition of the water supply. For general drinking water in big cities, 7-10 days in summer, 30-40 days in winter, and 20-30 days in spring and autumn. As groundwater is a water supply resource, the sterilization cycle is short. Sterilization drugs can use 500-100 mg/L sodium hypochlorite solution or 1% peroxygen aqueous solution circulating system flow or soak for about 30 minutes.

②. Handle with care and pay attention to maintenance. Because hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is a high-precision device, you must be careful when using and assembling. If you stop using it, you should rinse it with cold water first, and then add 0.5% formaldehyde aqueous solution for disinfection and sterilization, and it has good sealing performance. If winter parts need to be treated with cold protection, otherwise the parts are likely to be damaged.

③. Since each hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane must be added with maintenance fluid before shipment, the protection fluid in the module must be thoroughly cleaned before use, first rinse with low-voltage (0.1MPa) water supply and drainage for 1 hour, and then use high-voltage (0.2MPa) Flush the water supply and drainage for 1 hour, regardless of whether it is low voltage or high voltage, all the drain valves of the system must be opened. When using water production, check and make sure that the commercial water does not contain any fungicides.
