2.The solution to the scaling problem of reverse osmosis element membrane

(1). Softening is to use the ion exchange method to exchange the epoxy resin with the calcium and magnesium low-temperature plasma in the water to remove the calcium and magnesium ions in the water. The softening feature is that it can also well remove calcium and magnesium ions in the water and prevent this positive ions from scaling in the reverse osmosis membrane 3. The disadvantage is that the investment in mechanical equipment is large and must be rebuilt after a certain period of operation.

(2). Adding a scale inhibitor can slow down the development of salt crystallization and delay the entire deposition process. In addition, the use of scale inhibitors can reduce silicon deposition, but softening cannot. This is especially suitable for the solution of surface water resources.
