1. Pollution cleaning of reverse osmosis element membrane
After reverse osmosis is often operated for a period of time, reverse osmosis element membrane
will be contaminated by suspended solids or insoluble salts in the water supply. The most common types of such pollution are calcium bicarbonate deposition, calcium bicarbonate deposition, metal oxide deposition, silicon deposits, inorganic or organic chemical deposit mixtures, NOM pure natural organic chemicals, organic compounds, microbial strains and other pollution.
The pollution characteristics and pollution rate of reverse osmosis element membrane depend on various factors such as the water supply and drainage water body and the utilization rate of the system software. Generally, pollution is gradually progressing. If it is not operated as soon as possible, contamination may damage reverse osmosis element membrane in a relatively short period of time.
The cleaning cycle time of the contaminated membrane for ro water purifier depends on the specific conditions of the construction site. All normal cleaning cycles are once every 3-12 months.
2. The process of cleaning reverse osmosis element membrane
(1). Use a pump to pour clean, non-dispersed chlorine pure water from the cleaning tank (or the corresponding water source) into the high-pressure container, and discharge it for a few minutes.
(2). Use clean pure water to prepare cleaning fluid in the cleaning tank.
(3). Circulate the cleaning liquid in the high-pressure container for 1 hour or set the time in advance.
(4). After the cleaning is completed, discharge the cleaning box for cleaning, and then fill the cleaning box with clean pure water for the next cleaning.
(5). Use a pump to pour clean, non-dispersed chlorine pure water from the cleaning tank (or the corresponding water source) into the high-pressure container, and discharge it for a few minutes.
(6). After cleaning ro membrane filter, run the RO reverse osmosis system when the product drain valve is opened, until the pure water is cleaned, there is no foam or no cleaning agent, usually 15-30 minutes.
