Membrane for ro water purifier requirements for influent water

With the development trend of the times, more and more people pay attention to physical and mental health, and the demand for drinking water is getting higher and more stringent. So do you know what standard membrane for ro water purifier has for water seepage?

    membrane for ro water purifier

    (1) Because bacteria use cellulose acetate as the food material, membrane for ro water purifier is easily eroded by bacteria, so the source water must be completely sterilized. For the composite membrane, although it will not be corroded by bacteria, the bacterial mucosa will cause the membrane to block. Generally, tap water can be used for disinfection, and the disinfection amount of tap water should be determined according to the chlorine test. Cellulose acetate membrane element stipulates that the feed water contains residual chlorine to prevent bacterial growth. Excessive chlorine content will destroy membrane for ro water purifier, and the maximum allowable continuous residual chlorine index content is 1mg/L.
    (2) Iron content.

The oxidation rate of iron lies in the content of total dissolved solids in the iron content and the PH value. The higher the PH value, the faster the air oxidation efficiency. Therefore, lowering the PH value can prevent air oxidation.

    reverse osmosis element membrane

    (3) Particulate chemical substances.
The granular chemical substances exceeding 5um are not allowed to enter the high-pressure water pump and reverse osmosis element membrane. It must be ensured to prevent damage to the machine.
    (4) SDI and turbidity.
SDI must be less than 5, the lower the better, and the turbidity should be less than 0.2NTU.
    (5) Oil and grease.
Oil and fat are not allowed in the water.
    (6) Organic matter.
The harm of organic matter in the water to membrane for ro water purifier is more complicated, and the organic matter may cause organic pollution of stainless steel water filter. For groundwater, organic matter should be removed as much as possible during the coagulation reaction. Excessive use of activated carbon can further reduce the content of organic matter.
    (7) SiO2.

Concentrated water is not allowed to precipitate SiO2. When SiO2 is oversaturated, it may polymerize to form insoluble colloidal silicon or silica gel and cause scaling. When pure water is 25℃, the solubility of amorphous silicon is about 100mg/L, and the solubility varies vertically with temperature. It is 0mg/L at 0℃ and increases to 160mg/L at 40℃. Under the neutralized PH value standard, only Silica gel dissolves; in alkaline solution, the solubility of amorphous silicon is greater than that of neutral solution.
