2. Precautions for the use of FRP membrane shell

①. Both sides of FRP membrane shell should be equipped with thrust rings. If one is missing, it should be installed at the concentrated water inlet and outlet first.
②. When installing, please place most of it on the side of the membrane, and the short end on the side of the bearing end cover.
③. The thrust ring is installed on the concentrated water outlet end of the membrane shell, and the thrust ring may not be installed at the water inlet end.

Since each membrane shell accessories needs to be added with maintenance fluid before leaving the factory, the maintenance fluid in the module should be thoroughly rinsed before use, first flush with low-voltage water supply and drainage for 1 hour, and then flush with high-voltage water supply and drainage for 1 hour. Or high-voltage flushing, the drain valve of the system software must be fully opened. When using permeate water, check to make sure that the commercial water is free of any pesticides.
