1. Physical cleaning process of uf membrane module

(1) Reverse cleaning: Use raw water to flush the residues inside and seepage holes.
(2) Backwashing: Use ultrafiltration water to wash loosely from the outside of the membrane, and then discharge it from the sewage outlet and the liquid extraction outlet (acid, alkali or sodium hypochlorite can be added to enhance the cleaning effect).

(3) Forward flushing: Use raw water to flush the residue in the membrane and the inner hole.

2. Chemical cleaning process of uf membrane module

The cleaning of the uf membrane module should select a suitable cleaning agent according to different pollutants. Different cleaning agents can be configured for different pollutants, which can also be cleaned individually or in combination according to the process, and sometimes it takes a certain period of time to soak.
(1) Alkaline cleaning.
①. Put hot water at 30-40 degrees Celsius in the cleaning box;
②. Slowly add 2-3% caustic soda, and run the cleaning pump to circulate the system in the cleaning water tank to fully dissolve the drug.
③. Circulate in the system for 30-60 minutes, pay attention to:
A. In the original, if there are many stains in the liquid medicine, a small amount of concentrated water should be discharged to prevent the uf membrane module from causing secondary pollution.
b. If the pH value of the drug is too much and the pH value changes greatly, the drug should be filled immediately.
④. Drain the cleaning solution and thoroughly wash the industrial ultrafiltration systems with raw water at 10-30 degrees Celsius.
(2) Acid cleaning.
①. Enter the cleaning box with 30-40 degrees Celsius hot water;
②. Slowly add 1-2% citric acid or hydrochloric acid, and run the cleaning pump to circulate in the cleaning water tank to fully dissolve the medicine.
③. Circulate in the system for 30-60 minutes, pay attention to:
A. In the original, if there are many stains in the liquid medicine, a small amount of concentrated water should be discharged to prevent the uf filter membrane from causing secondary pollution.
b. If the pH value of the drug is too much and the pH value changes greatly, the drug should be filled immediately.
④. Drain the cleaning solution and thoroughly wash the industrial ultrafiltration systems with purified water at 10-30 degrees Celsius.
(3). Sterilization and cleaning.
①. Enter the cleaning box with 30-40 degrees Celsius hot water;
②. Slowly add caustic soda to pH 12;
③. Add sodium hypochlorite solution to make the total chlorine concentration value 200ppm;
④. Cycle in the system software for 30-60 minutes;

⑤. Check the pH value and total chlorine concentration value during operation, and must be filled with drugs to maintain the drug concentration value.
