After filtering the product for the first time, use the recommended method for cleaning; and then take the liquid in the membrane at different times for testing to confirm the expected cleaning effect and product adsorption, and adjust the cleaning operation procedure according to the actual effect.
During use, the components of the compounds to be extracted in the supernatant and concentrate should be regularly detected to determine whether there is adsorption or retention.
Continuously check the pressure before and after the membrane during the operation to prevent the pressure from exceeding the limit, resulting in irreversible blockage of the membrane raw material.
After the uf membrane module is cleaned, it must be soaked in a liquid with anti-corrosion characteristics to prevent the growth of microorganisms and the drying and deformation of the membrane material.
