1. The harm of temperature to the water production of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane: the temperature increases, the water activity increases, and the viscosity decreases, so the water production increases.
2. Harm of the actual working pressure to the water production: in the low pressure section, the water production of the hollow fiber uf membrane is positively correlated with the pressure, that is, the water production increases with the increase of the pressure, but when the pressure value exceeds 0.3MPa, even if When the pressure rises again, the water production will not increase, mainly because the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane is compressed under the ultra-high pressure, resulting in the expansion of the water permeability friction resistance.
3. Harm of influent turbidity to water production: the greater the seepage turbidity, the less water produced by the ultrafiltration membrane, and the greater the seepage turbidity, the easier it is to cause the ultrafiltration membrane to block.
During the entire application and operation process of hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane, even if it is stable for a long time, it needs to be cleaned once a year, otherwise it will affect the use effect of the membrane.
