Colloidal pollution: When colloidal pollution occurs, there are generally two characteristics. The first is to solve the problem of rapid blockage of small and medium-sized filter devices, especially the rapid increase of working pressure. The second is that the SDI value exceeds 2.5.
2. The cleaning method of domestic ro membrane.
a. Use a pump to pump clean, non-dispersed chlorine pure water from the cleaning tank into the pressure vessel and discharge it for several minutes.
b. Use pure water to configure the cleaning solution in the cleaning tank.
c. Circulate the cleaning fluid in the pressure vessel for 1 hour or a predetermined time in advance. For an 8-inch or 8.5-inch pressure vessel, the flow rate is 35-40 gallons/min, and for a 6-inch pressure vessel, the flow rate is 15~ 20 gallons/min, for a 4-inch pressure vessel, the flow rate is 9~10 gallons/min
d. After cleaning, drain the cleaning box and carry out cleaning, and then fill the cleaning box with clean product water for the next step of cleaning.
e. Use a pump to pump clean, non-dispersed chlorine pure water from the cleaning tank into the pressure vessel and discharge it for several minutes.
f. After cleaning the reverse osmosis system, operate the reverse osmosis system with the pure water discharge valve open until the water is cleaned and there is no foam or cleaning agent. It usually takes 15 to 30 minutes.
