Pvdf uf membrane is a membrane filtration driven by pressure difference, which can be divided into three categories: uf membrane use, microporous membrane filtration and reverse osmosis membrane cartridge filtration. According to the smaller particle size or relative molecular mass size that can be intercepted by the membrane layer, when the nominal diameter range of the membrane is used as the division specification, the nominal diameter range of the microporous membrane is 0.02~10μm, and the pore size of the uf membrane use is 0.001~ 0.02μm, reverse osmosis membrane cartridge is 0.001~0.001μm.
The porcelain ultrafiltration membrane in the inorganic membrane is widely used in water purifiers, with long service life and corrosion resistance, but the effluent has a smell of soil and harms the taste. At the same time, the ceramic membrane is easy to block and difficult to clean. Hollow ultrafiltration membranes are widely used in the field of water purification due to their high packing density, large reasonable total membrane area, high pure water diffusion coefficient, simple actual operation, and easy cleaning.
The structure of pvdf uf membranecan be divided into symmetric and asymmetric encryption. The former is anisotropic, has no skin, and the porosity in all directions is the same, which is a deep-level filtration. The latter has a higher density surface and a bottom layer with a finger-shaped structure as the core. The surface thickness of the microporous plate is 0.1μm or less, and the bottom layer thickness is 200~250μm, which belongs to surface filtration. Asymmetric encryption membranes are generally used in industrial production. The raw materials of the film generally include methyl cellulose and compounds, polycarbonate, polyethylene and so on.
